Reservation

The reservation is necessary to use our services. The reservations must be carried out at least 48 hours in advance.

• Our rates are fixed and net including all taxes. There are no expenses of luggage, of assumption of responsibility, or of Airport assistance. We have always a solution to propose to you some is the hour!
• We will forward to you within a time 24 hours your confirmation and you’re good of exchange by E-mail, containing all information useful to your assumption of responsibility: hour and not of appointment, call number, etc.
• To be valid your reservation must be accompanied by the co-ordinates of your bank card. No sum will be output to you, your chart is only used to make safe the reservation and to thus avoid the abuses.
• The effective payment will be carried out directly with the driver in Euros (possibly in $US) against a handing-over of receipt at the end of the voyage.
• You will be awaited by a driver at the exit of the zone of the luggage of the Airport with a descriptive panel bearing your name. If you have the least problem to find the driver, call our standard to the +33 6 2104 9873 or +33 1 4824 8234 open all the week without any interruption.

Cancellation

Cancellations will have to be made within 48 hours maximum before the date of the service. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the date of the service will be invoiced to 100%.

Security & Insurance

Our vehicles are regularly controlled and have an authorization to circulate delivered by the Ministry for the Equipment and Tourism. We moreover, subscribed an insurance covering all the damage without limitation.
